Our cake smash sessions are playful, styled with your little one in mind, and followed by a splash session to keep things sweet and squeaky clean. Elegant setups, subtle tones, and timeless finishes — perfect for birthdays and keepsakes.
What to expect from the session?
STEP 01
Portraits
We’ll start with some simple, classic portraits of your little one before the cake makes an appearance. This gives us a chance some lovely memories in your chosen outfit before it gets a little messy!
STEP 02
Cake smash
Then it’s time for the fun bit! Whether they dive in or take their time, your baby gets to explore their cake however they like. Every expression, every squish, every crumb is part of the magic. I’ll discuss your vision for the session upon booking and then style the setup with relevant props and decorations to suit your chosen colours or theme.
STEP 03
Bath smash
To finish, we pop your little one in little tub for a clean, bubbly or milk bath splash. Not only is it a great way to get cleaned up, but it’s also a chance for more giggles and even more sweet photos to add to your final gallery.
STEP 04
Delivering photos
During the booking process I will work with you to arrange the session to ensure your images will ALWAYS be with you before your little one's birthday.
Typically these will be turned around within 1-2 weeks.
